Halyard

A harbour-side seafood restaurant needs a homepage that proves the fish is this morning's, and turns that freshness into booked tables.

Design rationale

A clean, ice-white page that lets the harbour do the talking. Stencilled crate lettering for headlines, one auction-tag orange for every booking action, and documentary photography of the boats and the people on them. The hero opens out of a framed photo into the full screen as you scroll, the day's catch runs past as a pinned rail, and a clock counts the six hours from wharf to table.
